About Me

Maurits Janssen is a Dutch Life Science executive with nearly three decades of experience in commercial strategy, business development, and M&A across the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Holding a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Utrecht University, he has held senior roles at companies including Lonza, Siegfried, and Sigma-Aldrich — most recently serving as Head of Strategy for Lonza's Small Molecules Division, where he doubled the business through targeted investment programs in HPAPI and ADC technologies.

In November 2025, Maurits founded Janssen Pharma Consult GmbH to independently support companies in achieving sustainable growth through commercial, organic, and inorganic (M&A) solutions.
